Our Services are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (each period is a "billing cycle"), typically monthly. Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it through your payment portal.

All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.

4. Client Responsibilities
To effectively provide the Services, you agree to provide us with timely access to necessary accounts, data, and information (e.g., social media profiles, brand assets, email marketing platforms). You are responsible for all content and materials you provide to us and warrant that you have the necessary rights to use them.

5. Intellectual Property
All content generated by our AI services specifically for you during your subscription period (e.g., images, videos, ad copy) is your property upon our delivery of the content, provided your account is in good standing. We retain all rights to our underlying technology, software, and methodologies used to provide the Services.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FIX AND HOME SOLUTIONS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
