1. Overview
Due to the nature of our services, which include digital products, custom development, and strategy implementation, our refund policy is designed to be fair while accounting for the resources and effort invested in each project. Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Setup & Implementation Fees
All initial setup, integration, and implementation fees for our services (including but not limited to AI Chatbots, Email & Social Media Automation, and Custom Workflow Automation) are non-refundable. These fees cover the substantial upfront work, discovery, and resources required to configure and deploy our solutions for your specific business needs. Once this work has commenced, the costs incurred cannot be recovered.
3. Subscription Services
- Monthly/Annual Subscriptions: Our subscription services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the services until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
- No Refunds for Partial Periods: We do not offer prorated refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or for unused time if you cancel during a billing cycle. For example, if you are on a monthly plan and cancel 10 days into the month, you will not be refunded for the remaining days of that month.
4. Eligibility for a Refund
A refund for a subscription period may be considered under the following specific circumstances:
- Major Technical Failure: If a core feature of our service is non-operational or fundamentally broken for an extended period (defined as more than 72 consecutive hours) and we are unable to provide a satisfactory solution within a reasonable timeframe after you have reported the issue.
- Non-Delivery of Service: If we fail to perform the services outlined in our service agreement and have not commenced the work for the billing period in question.
To be eligible for a refund, you must have contacted our support team to report the issue and allowed us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it.
5. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable:
- Any setup, implementation, or one-time configuration fees.
- Consulting, strategy sessions, or training that has already been provided.
- Costs incurred for third-party tools or software integrated on your behalf.
- Any services where you have approved the work or have been actively using the solution.

- The date of purchase and the service in question.
- A detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request.
